The problem we solve

Growth rarely stalls for one reason.

Usually it's a stack of small things nobody has had time to untangle. A competitor sharpening their pricing. A process that made sense at half your size. A market moving faster than your team.

01

You're losing deals you should win

Competitors are pulling ahead on pricing, positioning, or service. You feel it in the pipeline before you see it in the data.

02

Effort is high. Output is inconsistent.

Your team is busy. The work is getting done. Somewhere between effort and outcome, something is breaking and no one has the time to find it.

03

Tools and processes feel heavier than they should

You've outgrown what got you here. The seams are showing. Fixing them feels bigger than anyone can take on right now.

04

Everyone's telling you to use AI. Nobody's telling you how.

The hype is loud. Most AI projects fail because the data, processes, or people aren't ready. You need someone to tell you what's actually worth doing.

What we do

Four pillars. Plus the AI lens.

Every business has the same four core areas where things break down (and the AI question that runs through all of them). We don't just diagnose. We discover, analyze, and implement, end to end, across every pillar.

End-to-end engagement
01
Discovery
Map what's working, what isn't, and where the friction lives.
02
Analysis
Score the gaps. Prioritize. Build the roadmap that matters.
03
Implementation
We close the gaps with you. Embedded. Accountable to outcomes.
Same senior team across every stage. No diagnostic-then-handoff. No "here's a deck, good luck."

How we work

Three steps. No wasted motion.

Most consulting goes sideways because everyone tries to solve everything at once. We start narrow, go deep, and only commit to execution once we know exactly what we're fixing.

Step One
01
Diagnostic

Competitive & AI Diagnostic

Know exactly where you stand. Backed by research, delivered in five days.

External, research-based assessment of your competitive position and AI readiness. AI-powered research across competitor websites, pricing, hiring, reviews, and public market activity, pulled together by senior consultants into something you can actually use.

Built to surface the three or four things that matter most and create immediate clarity about what's slowing you down.

AI
AI-powered research and synthesis. Our analysis engine processes thousands of public signals in hours instead of weeks. Senior consultants apply judgment to make it useful.
What you get
  • Head-to-head competitor breakdown
  • Strengths and weaknesses mapped
  • Three to five priority gaps named
  • Full Blueprynt Scorecard

Step Two
02
Discovery

Discovery Audit

Find what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first.

Step one tells you where you stand externally. Step two goes inside. Operations, tooling, process, team structure, AI readiness in your specific environment. We find the friction and prescribe action.

You walk away with a 90-day priority roadmap you can actually execute, not a sixty-slide deck that dies in a folder.

AI
AI readiness baked in. Every audit assesses where AI earns its keep in your specific environment, what's ready, and what needs fixing first.
What you get
  • Operations and process review
  • Tech stack and systems assessment
  • Pain points and friction mapped
  • AI readiness assessment
  • 90-day priority roadmap
  • Executive presentation of findings

Step Three
03
Execution

Implementation & Engagement

Execute the changes with senior operators embedded in your team.

Most consulting stops at the recommendation. We don't. We move into delivery. Rebuilding processes, implementing tools, deploying AI use cases, running programs, and working alongside your team to make the changes real.

Engagements shape around what you actually need. Project-based for defined work, or retainer-based for ongoing partnership.

Engagement shapes

Capabilities

Four areas to diagnose. Four areas to fix.

Most growth problems live across these four pillars. We diagnose all four together because they're never separate problems in real businesses, then we close the gaps that matter most.

Pillar 01Operations
Operations

How the business actually runs day to day. Team structure, decision rights, handoffs, operating cadence, capacity, accountability.

What we look at
  • Operating model and team structure
  • Cross-functional handoffs
  • Decision rights and accountability
  • Capacity planning
  • Program and project management
Pillar 02Technology
Technology

The stack that supports the business. Tools, integrations, infrastructure, vendor footprint, and how everything actually connects (or doesn't).

What we look at
  • Tech stack consolidation
  • Tooling strategy and selection
  • Integration and systems architecture
  • Vendor footprint and spend
  • Infrastructure and security posture
Pillar 03Process
Process

The workflows that turn effort into output. Where work is well-defined and where it isn't. Where automation pays off and where it just adds complexity.

What we look at
  • Workflow design and optimization
  • Process documentation and standards
  • Automation opportunities
  • Quality and consistency controls
  • Change management and adoption
Pillar 04Data & AI
Data & AI

The decisions data should be driving and where AI earns its keep. We build the frameworks and identify the use cases (no hype, real applications).

What we look at
  • Data quality and architecture
  • Scoring models and decision frameworks
  • AI readiness assessment
  • AI use case identification
  • Reporting and analytics maturity

Honest fit

We're not for everyone. That's the point.

Good consulting starts with honesty about who you can help. Here's where we do our best work, and where we'd tell you to keep looking.

This is for you if
  • You're doing $2M–$20M in revenue
  • You run a B2B service, agency, or tech-enabled business
  • Growth has stalled or competitive pressure is real
  • You want operators who actually do the work
  • You value speed and clarity over hundred-slide decks
Probably not if
  • You're pre-revenue or still finding product-market fit
  • You need a pure tech build, not advisory
  • You're an enterprise with 500+ employees
  • You want a strategy deck, not someone to help execute
  • You need hands-on marketing or sales delivery
Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Still have something we haven't covered? Write to us at hello@blueprynt.consulting and we'll get back to you the same day.

How much of this is AI versus human? +
AI handles research and first-pass synthesis. That's why we move fast. Everything delivered to you is reviewed, edited, and interpreted by a senior consultant. You're not getting raw AI output. You're getting our judgment applied to research that would take weeks to assemble manually.
How is this different from a traditional management consultant? +
Speed and accountability. Big-firm assessments take six to eight weeks and cost twenty-five thousand and up. Ours take five business days for the diagnostic and a few weeks for the audit. And you work with senior operators directly from start to finish. No junior analyst doing the work while someone else runs the meetings.
Do I have to do all three steps? +
No. Most clients start with the diagnostic and decide from there. Some take the diagnostic and run with it internally. Most discover that what they see externally is driven by internal issues and move into the audit. Some skip straight to implementation because they already know what's broken. The steps are a structure, not a sales sequence.
What industries do you work with? +
We focus on B2B service firms, agencies, consultancies, and tech-enabled SMBs. Industries we know well include professional services, marketing and creative agencies, software companies, and financial services. If you're outside those lanes, we'll tell you honestly on the first call whether we're the right fit.
What if we don't find meaningful gaps in the diagnostic? +
That rarely happens. When it does, we tell you. If the diagnostic doesn't surface anything worth acting on, we won't push you toward an audit just to keep the engagement moving. You'll get an honest read and a refund conversation if needed.
Can we hire you for execution without the diagnostic? +
Sometimes. If you already have a clear picture of what needs to get fixed and just need operators to drive it, we'll scope directly into engagement work. Most of the time the work is sharper when we've done the diagnostic first. We'll tell you which path makes sense.

Methodology

The Blueprynt method.

A five-phase approach for taking complex initiatives from stalled or unclear to actually delivered. Every engagement runs through it. AI handles the volume. Senior judgment handles the meaning.

The framework at a glance

Five phases. Built to move things forward.

01

Diagnose

Identify what's actually broken

02

Score

Apply our framework consistently

03

Synthesize

Senior judgment over AI volume

04

Prescribe

Roadmap with clear sequencing

05

Execute

Deliver alongside your team

01
Diagnose

Find what's actually broken.

Most program issues aren't what leadership thinks they are. We start with structured intake, AI-powered research across hundreds of public and private signals, and pattern recognition across our framework. By the end of this phase, you have a clear picture of where things stand.

What gets delivered

  • Structured intake across competitive, operational, and AI dimensions
  • AI-powered research synthesis (scrape, analyze, surface patterns)
  • Initial gap identification mapped to our six-dimension framework
  • Stakeholder interviews where required (audit and engagement only)
02
Score

Apply the framework consistently.

Every diagnostic uses the same six-dimension scoring rubric (Positioning, Pricing, Reputation, Visibility, Capability, Customer Experience) plus AI-readiness scoring across five dimensions. Same parameters, different inputs. The framework keeps the work rigorous and repeatable.

What gets delivered

  • Six-dimension competitive scoring against scored competitors
  • AI readiness scoring across use case fit, data, process, tools, team
  • Maturity ratings on a 5-level scale
  • The Blueprynt Scorecard, the visual artifact you take with you
03
Synthesize

Senior judgment over AI volume.

This is where the work earns its keep. AI produces the raw material. Senior consultants pull the meaning out of it. We separate signal from noise, identify the three or four things that matter most, and write the narrative that turns research into decisions.

What gets delivered

  • Three to five priority gaps named and explained
  • Pattern recognition across our framework and prior client work
  • Risk and opportunity framing in language leadership can use
  • Honest read on what matters now vs. what can wait
04
Prescribe

Roadmap with clear sequencing.

The audit phase produces a 90-day priority roadmap with quick wins, structural fixes, and longer plays separated cleanly. Owners. Effort estimates. Expected outcomes. What to do first. What to do next. What can wait.

What gets delivered

  • 90-day action roadmap with sequencing logic
  • Quick wins separated from structural and long-term work
  • Owner assignments and effort estimates
  • Risk and execution map
  • Live walkthrough with leadership
05
Execute

Deliver alongside your team.

Most consulting stops at the recommendation. We don't. The engagement phase is where we move into delivery, embed alongside your team, and stay long enough to make the changes real. Project-based or retainer, scoped to what you actually need.

What gets delivered

  • Embedded program leadership through delivery
  • Active risk and issue management
  • AI use case deployment where relevant
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer at handoff
  • Ongoing advisory continuity if needed

Want to see this applied to your business?

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. We listen, ask questions, and tell you straight whether we can help.

Use case 01

Competitive Pressure.

When your pipeline is shrinking, your win rate is dropping, or your competitors are doing things you can't quite name. We help you see exactly what's happening and what to do about it.

The reality

You feel it before you can name it.

Competitive pressure rarely shows up as a single event. It shows up as a slow erosion. Deals you thought were yours come back with surprising counter-offers. Your pricing feels harder to defend than it used to. The "us vs. them" conversations in sales meetings get more uncomfortable. Your team senses it but can't fully articulate it.

Most of the time, the cause isn't what you think. It isn't that your competitor got more aggressive. It's that they quietly sharpened their positioning, moved faster on a category shift, or built capabilities you didn't realize were now table stakes.

  • Win rates declining without a clear reason
  • Pricing pressure increasing across the board
  • New competitors gaining mind-share with your buyers
  • Existing competitors widening the gap on positioning or service
  • Market shifts you can feel but can't quantify
What we do

Show you exactly what's happening.

The Competitive Diagnostic produces a clear, sharp read on where your top three to five competitors are out-positioning you, why, and what to do about it. AI-powered research across competitor websites, pricing pages, hiring patterns, customer reviews, social signals, and market activity. Senior judgment to turn it into something you can act on.

You walk away with the Blueprynt Scorecard, three to five priority gaps, and clarity on whether the issues are external (competitive) or internal (your operations or AI readiness, which is what the audit phase investigates).

  • Six-dimension competitive scoring
  • Three to five competitors profiled in depth
  • Three to five priority gaps with explanations
  • Branded executive deck
  • 60-minute live walkthrough

Feel competitive pressure you can't pinpoint?

Start with a free 48-hour snapshot. If the gaps are real, the diagnostic goes deeper. No pressure either way.

Use case 02

Internal Inefficiency.

When your team is busy but output is inconsistent, when tools and processes feel heavier than they should, when the seams of how the business runs are starting to show. We find the friction and fix it.

The reality

You've outgrown what got you here.

Most growing businesses hit a stretch where the systems that worked at half their size start to break. Handoffs that used to be informal now drop work. Tools that were supposed to talk to each other don't. Processes that made sense three years ago are now the reason you can't move faster.

The friction is rarely in any one place. It's distributed across operations, tooling, team structure, and the cumulative weight of decisions that made sense at the time. Fixing it feels like a bigger project than anyone has time for. Which is exactly why it doesn't get fixed.

  • Effort high, output inconsistent
  • Cross-functional handoffs creating delays or quality issues
  • Tech stack with growing seams between systems
  • Process documentation thin or out of date
  • Decision-making slow because no one knows who owns what
What we do

Find the friction. Then fix it.

The Discovery Audit goes inside your operations to map where work is actually breaking down. Process flows, tech stack, team structure, decision rights, AI readiness in your specific environment. We produce a 90-day priority roadmap that separates quick wins from structural fixes.

Then in the engagement phase, we don't just hand over the roadmap. We help execute it. Embedded alongside your team, owning specific work streams, accountable for the changes that actually need to land.

  • Operations and process audit
  • Tech stack and systems review
  • Team structure and decision rights mapping
  • AI readiness assessment
  • 90-day priority roadmap
  • Execution support during implementation

Team busy. Output inconsistent. Time to fix it.

Start with a conversation about what's actually breaking. We'll tell you whether it's the kind of work we can help with.

Use case 03

AI Readiness.

When everyone is telling you that you need to use AI, but no one is telling you how, where, or whether your business is even ready. We cut through the hype and give you a clear, honest path forward.

The reality

The hype is loud. The signal is buried.

Every consulting firm is selling AI. Every vendor is selling AI. Every conference is about AI. Most SMBs feel pressure to "do something" without anyone giving them a real, honest read on where AI actually earns its keep in their specific business.

The result: a lot of pilots that go nowhere. Tools bought but not adopted. Use cases tried and abandoned. The data wasn't ready. The processes weren't documented. The team didn't know how to evaluate output. The integration was harder than the demo suggested.

  • Pressure to "have an AI strategy" without clarity on what works
  • Pilots that don't scale because the foundation wasn't ready
  • Tools bought but adoption stalled
  • Use cases that look impressive in demos but don't survive production
  • No internal capability to evaluate vendor claims
What we do

Honest reads. Real use cases. Real readiness.

AI readiness is built into our diagnostic and audit phases as a core capability, not a separate offering. Every engagement assesses where AI earns its keep in your specific business across five dimensions: use case fit, data readiness, process maturity, tool landscape, and team capability.

You walk away with three to five concrete AI use cases prioritized for your business, specific tool recommendations, the readiness gaps you need to address first, and a 90-day activation roadmap. No hype. No generic "you should try AI." Real applications mapped to your work.

  • Five-dimension AI readiness assessment
  • Three to five priority use cases for your business
  • Specific tool recommendations
  • Readiness gaps to address before deployment
  • 90-day activation roadmap
  • Optional implementation support and team training

Ready to know what's actually worth doing with AI?

Start with a free 48-hour AI snapshot. Three priority use cases, one readiness risk, a clear next step.

Capabilities

Four pillars. One coordinated team.

Most growth problems live across operations, technology, process, and data. Diagnosing them in isolation produces partial answers. We diagnose all four together (because they're never separate problems in real businesses) and we have the senior team to fix them.

Pillar 01Operations
Operations

How the business actually runs day to day. Team structure, decision rights, handoffs, operating cadence, capacity, accountability. The places where work breaks down between people.

What we look at
  • Operating model and team structure
  • Cross-functional handoffs
  • Decision rights and accountability
  • Capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Program and project management
  • PMO setup and operating cadence
Pillar 02Technology
Technology

The stack that supports the business. Tools, integrations, infrastructure, vendor footprint, and how everything actually connects (or doesn't). The places where systems are creating drag instead of leverage.

What we look at
  • Tech stack consolidation
  • Tooling strategy and selection
  • Integration and systems architecture
  • Vendor footprint and spend
  • Infrastructure and security posture
  • Build vs. buy decisions
Pillar 03Process
Process

The workflows that turn effort into output. Where work is well-defined and where it isn't. Where automation pays off and where it just adds complexity. The places where time and quality leak.

What we look at
  • Workflow design and optimization
  • Process documentation and standards
  • Automation opportunities
  • Quality and consistency controls
  • Change management and adoption
  • Measurement and continuous improvement
Pillar 04Data & AI
Data & AI

The decisions data should be driving and where AI earns its keep. We build the frameworks that make decisions rigorous and identify the AI use cases worth doing (no hype, real applications).

What we look at
  • Data quality and architecture
  • Scoring models and decision frameworks
  • Reporting and analytics maturity
  • AI readiness assessment
  • AI use case identification and prioritization
  • Strategic analysis and synthesis

The five things that actually predict whether AI works in your business

Why your AI pilot failed (and how to make the next one work)

The competitive gap that nobody flags is usually pricing

When growing businesses lose deals, the post-mortem usually blames sales execution or product features. Both are usually wrong. The actual cause is almost always a pricing or packaging gap that's been quietly widening for two years.
